Appliances Center Texas is committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of scratch-and-dent and clearance items, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
Sales Are Final
All clearance, scratch-and-dent, and discounted items are sold as-is. No returns or refunds will be processed for these items once the sale is complete.
Exchange Policy
If your product is found to be defective beyond repair within 7 days of purchase, we may offer an exchange for a similar model. Proof of purchase is required. The exchange must be authorized by management after inspection.
Warranty Coverage
Brand-new appliances may come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 to 2 years. Warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase. Clearance items are not covered under any warranty unless stated otherwise.
Non-Eligible Items
Returns are not accepted for:
– Minor cosmetic damages already disclosed.
– Incorrect installations performed by third parties.
– Appliances that were tampered with after purchase.
